I’m picky about formulas and about the accuracy of claims. Not only does this stuff last and keep my eye makeup locked in place, but the formula is so gorgeous and keeps my skin beautiful. This primer isn't as tinted as I would hope. My lids are quite discolored. Thus, this is my go to for when my shadows are on the darker side. When I wear lighter colors I like more of a tinted primer. This primer isn't hydrating, but it's not drying either. I'd describe the texture as "wet clay", which is perfect for increasing the longevity of shadow/helping with creasing. And it really does that job well. I apply with my fingers.
